Blades only capped in GS4. He probably had some outside spells off of scrolls or imbeds on him.

My character has known Blades for close to 9yrs now, I would think I know when he capped. If you still don't believe me, find one of the latest invasions he helped with (early to mid 2005), look at his AS, and you'll figure it out by the math.

And yes, Kranar has been sold, most likely multiple times by now.

PS: Blades was around 120ish or so before GS4. I'm almost positive he's capped now, however with his uber gear, experience and mega build, he's always had prowess way above a rogue of similar level.

Yes, that log is from awhile back... back in GS3 anyways, I think roughly around 2000-2001.

I'm also pretty sure this was before the level cap. Blades was roughly level 120 at the time, I was around level 105. I knew I would definitely lose the battle, but it was just fun being able to duel him and very few people past level 100 duel anyhow.

Some of the other fun duels I had back then were team battles, especially the ones Zodier held. We would have 4 on 4 duels where we weren't all just in a single room, we could move around in a small area. Those were incredibly fun.

Also memorable, although not really a duel... was the war held in the Abandonded Inn's basement. Dozens of people all gathered in a free for all battle. I'm sure if you do a forum search for Black Fist, you'll see a log I posted about what happened.

We did AI battle 2 about a year ago. By all accounts it wasn't as good as the first.

The sharper slant of the terrain causes you to brace yourself against the rocky ground at an angle. Small pebbles and clumps of dirt are dislodged by your progress. The clatter of their descent echoes off the rising rock formations to the south as you utter a low, involuntary curse under your breath, chiding yourself for your clumsiness and lack of stealth. The landscape is wild and challenging here, remote and forbidding. The ground dips and rises between thick, close undergrowth and rocky outcroppings. The level of the land rises to the south gradually at first, and then more sharply, disappearing up into the distance. To the north, the slope is gentler and less hazardous. There is a break in the trees here, several charred trunks bearing witness to a past forest fire or act of nature. Citizens, merchants and assorted dregs of society jostle against you before the great wooden gates of Wehnimer's Landing. Harried guards and militiamen try to keep the chaos to a minimum, but it is hard to keep track of those entering, let alone leaving, this large trading post. A dirt path encircling the wooden palisade of the town leads east and southwest. Nailed prominently to the wooden wall beside the gate is a sign you really should read. You also see the wooden gates, a ruined mud and wood barricade and a wayside inn.

You are scrutinized by vigilant soldiers as you arrive at the wide gateway guarding the land route to Wehnimer's Landing. Two daunting towers survey the countryside and protect the town, flanking the road to the east and west. You also see some manna bread, a tattered red skirt and a wooden barrel.

This corner of the square is lively and hectic. You pass a cross-section of the Landing's population. At the north end of the space, an old well, with moss-covered stones and a craggy roof, is shaded by a strong, robust tree. The oak is tall and straight, and it is apparent that the roots run deep. A long and polished wooden bar occupies the whole north wall of the tavern here in The Raging Thrak, which is named for the fiery proprietor. Hard wooden chairs, tables and benches are spaced liberally throughout the room. The tavern does good business, and seems to be at least half full, no matter what time of day. You also see a doorway.

A large fireplace flickers merrily here, in a quiet spot away from the crowd in the tavern. Animal skins lie before the hearth, which is flanked on either side by soft couches. Other spoils of the hunt, such as voalcat hides and tergon teeth, are displayed proudly on the walls. You also see a belt quiver, a war hammer, a thrak hide curtain, a large fireplace and a simple wooden wastebasket.
