I've been told (by a GM) that they don't actually have to leave the room. As long as they don't do anything to interact with your character, they don't have to do anything.

Unfortunatly, she keeps sancting, which affects my character, and breaks the warn (which I ignored anyway).

So everything is right in the world again.

Which GM told you that? No word of a lie, every GM I've ever encountered will not take your WARN seriously at all if you don't leave the area. I actually had an argument with one once, when some dick was repeatedly killing me for OOC reasons. I would be resting somewhere remote, he'd ambush me, I warned. The GM told me I had to leave even though the dick tracked me down there just to kill me, I still had to leave. I could go back after but in order for them to take you seriously, you can't warn and then stay in the room, or so I was told multiple times.
