here is my cleris at 17th train.. i like everything so far. i am just wondering if anyone can tell me if i need to change anything as i head towards higher trainins.. This cleric is a CoL master and uses Holy Bolt the most.. how much spirit mana control is needed for raising the fallen?

Round peg, square hole. Never figured that one out. As far as GS, there are so many things I remain ignorant about its not funny. Most of the things you ask I have had to ask at one point or another, and through learning know.

I would have this at 22 ranks at 17....So when you turn 18 get it up to 24 ranks so you can raise folks.

I give him a 6. I like the training, but I'd bet your holy bolt could be a lot better if you had higher dext.

Holy Bolt is teh worthless. Drop the spell aim.
1x Shield/1x Brawl + Warding is the way to go.

I don't think it's the greatest spell or anything, but he said he uses it primarily.

My cleric is 49. He was all CS attacks, and then fixskilled slowly over ten trains (39-49) to fully 2xed in spell aim. Like the poster, I am a human cleric with a low (under 5) dex bonus. I can't hit shit appreciatively at my own level right now. I think the tps needed to 2x spell aim would be much better spent in a) more spells, b) lore or c) physical defenses like brawling or more ranks for runestaff.

If you want a bolting cleric, "ReR0LL", as already pointed out, your DEX ites the big one, and the little one all at once.

if i was going to tweek my stats to go the bolting route what stats would you suggest that i drop to add in my dex.. i just relaized that i did no stat work when converting from smite\bane to bolting... anyone care to give me a better stat placement for what i am doing.. i have a fixskill so if i needed change to all CS late in life it wont be too ahrd to do... thank you everyone for your info.... oh one more thing will fire spirit make bolting worth it in the long run? That and i am not looking for 306 to be my only trick I just use it now for now because it works best where I am hunting...

Wis and Int are going to grow very fast for your character... if you're looking for more optimal stats you can lower those, although it'll cost you a few TPs, the extra growth room will be nice.

If you're going for bolting, which is a bad idea, then you can't do stat growth really on the dex. It has to be high from the start otherwise your bolt AS will suffer.

Again, you're dumping alot of TP's into Spell Aim for one inefficient bolting spell. It's really not worth it, but if you're going to do it, you should start with a high dex (85+)

i have a 17th train cleric here and I am wanting a cleric to be good in the older years.. can someone give me a good plan.. i am starting to think i am going to have to drop bolting to move into the older years.. i have 5 days left in my quick fixes stage so there is still time to save me..
