Inspect Upgrade

Anyone else see this as a definate lead-in to the new mining and smelting system that's on the second quarter release list? Good stuff!

Being stuck at work currently... what is the nature of the inspect upgrade?

The INSPECT verb has been updated to allow players to view the base material of their weapons, armor, and shields. As well, players inspecting containers that have a single item size limit will now be able to determine what that limit is.

If upon inspecting your item you believe that the base material is incorrect, please ASSIST for further help.

I wonder who besides dwarves will have a bonus to mining?

The addition of breakage would certainly make me happy that I make it a point to use rolaren equipment.
