Bow/AI crystal question

You glance down to see nothing in your right hand and a glittering golden bow with dense wolverine pelt wound about its grip in your left hand.

You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph.

s>touch crystal
You touch the crystal with one hand, your golden bow in the other hand. Tiny sparks of brilliant golden light dance across your bow. A green beam shoots up from your golden bow toward the ceiling. A shrill, piercing note sounds, echoing through the room.


ok...that means it has elemental flares. Doesn't appear to be e-bladed, by looking at it. Fire it about 20-30 times and no flares, swung it about 10 times, no flares. Any ideas? No idea where I got this from. Probaly some players shop when I was doing the mutant ranger twc/edged/ranged path.

The shrill, piercing note can also mean a weapon has been enchanted by a wizard.

I've no idea what that bow is. But if it was something off a table somewhere as 0x, and some wizard took it to 4x, then there's your explanation.

That, or you just got really unlucky with flares :)

ah thanks, its most likely been enchanted by a wizard. Didn't know they gave off the same message at the crystal.
