anyone have any documentation on alcohol consumption in the game? I was just a little bugged when I went to Helga's one day after i first made my character and was drunk for a good 2 days straight. lol.

I don't have documentation, but certain drinks are more alcoholic than others, your CON bonus helps you drink longer without being drunk. There are racial bonuses as well; dwarves have the highest bonus.

Right now, it's based off Wisdom and Intuition I believe, the system is completely fucked. There have been a small group of people petetioning to get at least ONE of the stats changed to Con.
