Not sure but you can buy them at the weapons shop in... Vaalor I think? Maybe its Illistim. Probably still get them in the Landing's back room.

If its altered or something like that then it will obviously be more.

Oh, I don't know anything about them. A friend won one in a contest recently, something like a "black steel claidhmore" if I remember correctly, and all we know is that it's 0X and crit weighted, but I think all claidhmore's are? He asked me how much it's worth, but I'm clueless, so am turning to you experts here.

Hobgoblins in the landing have em, they are "dull claidmores." The sell for anywhere from 1k-15k. A black steel one will prolly sell for about 10-15k FInd a hilt wrapand it might bump the value of it.
