The satchel becomes momentarily insubstantial and appears lighter.
You channel at a shadow steed.
A shadow steed begins to fade into the shadows. Suddenly, the steed lets out a mournful wail, like a creature trapped by an invisible net. The steed rematerializes!

It's been a while, but I really just love the new phase spell. Went from one of the least useful spells to one of the better ones. Here's to hoping Disease will be the same way!
