Ok you internet experts...

My ISP is blocking outgoing port 25. This means I cannot send email through my smtp host. Anyone know a way around it?

Ok, figured it out. I just plugged in my ISP's smtp server and my outgoing is fine. It even appears to come from my web host's server.

The explanation is that ISP's are blocking these outgoing ports because of spam. I was told that for an extra $19.95 a month I could get a static IP. If you encounter the same problem and don't want to pay the extra, just use your ISP's smtp server.
