EDIT: Seriously, though - I think she got a what, Bronze medal in Salt Lake City? I would have liked to have seen her get a Gold this year.

Yes...I'm glad that if she had to withdraw she made the difficult decision in time to let her alternate get there and prepare.

she never should have begged for an injury exemption if she was that hurt. I think it was kind of selfish she went at all.

It's too bad. I like Michelle Kwan. She's great to watch and always behaves with class, unlike certain drunk-driving European figure skaters. For some reason, I really really dislike Sasha Cohen, she comes across as a snotty bitch to me. But I liked Sarah Hughes too, and I hated Tara Lipinski.

Hopefully Emily Hughes does well.
