Anyone have some info on the process of spending ones Premium Points? Friend of mine about to toss his aside and I've never looked into it to give em a hand.

Yar I suppose I should've mentioned was trying to avoid accidentally winding up with a alteration scroll. They using scrolls for the enchanting and whatnot as well?

Yep,
You pretty much write exactly what you want to happen. Look at the scroll, which you keep, every so often, and eventually there'll be a reply, to which you have a chance to confirm or modify.
