I know its been posted before but with the search function a bit wack hoping I won't get too much slack for asking again...
Anyhow anyone have a list of the different armor ranks needed for the different AsG's RT, Maneuvers, Hindrances?

Appreciate that, not a big fan of Psi Net myself but it does have its good points. Stupid question but does the RT Ranks cover any Maneuver Hindrance as well?

Well then I suppose my question falls under the www.googleityoumoron.com, I feel somewhat ashamed now. Thanks all for the info.

Training the RT requirement will help mitigate *some* maneuver hindrance, but it will not minimize it. Some people believe that the extra ranks for maneuver hindrance are entirely superfluous, but the GM we got the manhind information from is *extremely* reliable, so I'm going with him.

Bumping this thread up, as it seems appropriate to ask the question here instead of in a new thread...
How much does one need to train in Armor use to use MBP + a helmet? 80 ranks, or 120, or somewhere in the middle?

so a rogue with 80 in armor is fine for mbp, and shouldnt worry about more, correct?

Helm on top of MBP should bump the sucker up to fullplate. So 130 or 140 depending on who you believe.

Ugh. I was afraid of that... Boo!

It's not a question of belief. It is a matter of fact that there are physical penalties that are not fully trained until 20 Armor Skill per Second of RT. It happens to be the case that players cannot see any penalties when comparing 20*RT and 20*RT-10, but this doesn't mean they don't exist.
In short, you are not fully trained physically for full plate (or MBP + helm) until 140 ranks. This is not something that can be rationally challenged. You can choose to ignore the hidden penalties you will have at 130 ranks, of course.

Correct. You are not fully trained physically for full plate until 140 ranks.
However, your DS, Cman Maneuver Mod, and Roundtime (basically, everything you can actually see in numbers) is exactly the same between 140 ranks and 130 ranks.
So, are those last 10 ranks of armor use (100 ptp for a rogue) worth whatever penalty you are getting to unseen equations.
