Turn the ring until the North wedge is pointing at TORUS, East is pointing at CROSSED HAMMERS, West is pointing at ARCH BISECTED BY LINES, and South is pointing to PARALLEL LINES. Then push them in this order: North wedge, East wedge, West wedge, South wedge. That's it.

Could go into the spring and swim down the nook as well. No stun, no mana loss, and minimal round time, at least for me. I have 30 ranks of swimming.
