Board Ideas and Suggestions

I figured I'd start off the thread so that those that find skins/plugins/add-ons or any other requests or changes for the boards that they are interested in seeing could post them here for reference and possible use.

I'll start with skins/styles. They need to be bought for the most part, but I'd SO be willing to pay for the WoW skin found here (http://www.vbskinworks.com/phpclient/browse_products.php).

Oh and we need smilies. Lots and lots of smilies. :D

I always used the "Nickel" skin for PC before. It was dark, with light text, which I prefer. I've always liked the look of brushed metal, and my windows skin is the same (windowblinds, neOS skin). With vB, can you have user-defined skins, or just a solid look for the site in general?

Oh, and a contest for a logo at the top right might be fun, once we get the skin in place. I know there may be some talented artists out there. Maybe a GS prize of some sort? That would be fun! Someone could do it in paint...

And to solve the "today's Post" thing... put the link http://forum.gsplayers.com/search.php?do=getdaily
into your "Bookmarks toolbar folder" in Firefox, or toolbar folder in IE. That makes things even easier! One click, period!

I actually don't mind this skin so much. Having it open at work I'd like to have it look like a regular window that I'd have open if I were working. And those two links I just clicked on don't look work-related.

You can install several skins and users can set a default.

Can we get the image tags turned on for signatures please?

Can the avatars and signatures get hidden for people who are not signed in, make it an available feature for people signed in only?
