Reaching Four Winds

I haven't been to Four Winds since I left the lands the last time. I recall having to rub an amulet or something like that while at North End Road in the Landing, but I can't recall where I obtained said amulet.

There is an item in a player shop over in Four Winds and I really want to go buy it when I get out of work. *blush* Any guidance?

there is a hall or something outside of gate,go north and go path i believe it is[not positive on those directions],get a four winds transporter there off the table to get to four winds now a days.

In the landing: Zephyr Hall, outside the north gate, look on table and get an activator. Activators only work in a town, and take about 5 minutes to recharge before used again to access IFW.

In Illistim, yellow tent outside the sapphire gate.

I think somewhere in the premium menu there's a listing of 4 winds tents/buildings locations for the other towns.
