What system of thought would be diametrically opposed to existentialism and/or Sartre (or any other existentialist)?

I need to write a 10 minute persuasive speech, and I'd like to do something nobody's going to be able to argue with me about.

Essentialism-to be is to do.
Existenialism-to do is to be.

A polar opposite of existentialism is nihilism. Nihilism is a philosophy that denies all existence. Basically saying that everything is illusion and there is no reality.

Generally speaking, nihilism is used as a radical political tool, and/or by various people who are extremely and severely delusional in the first place. But it -is- a philosophy, and it -is- a polar opposite of existentialism - however warped, twisted, and utterly fucked up as it sounds :)

That explains why some liberals I know pride themselves on being nihilists.

So far I've got 960 words (I'm figuring I'll need 1400-ish) of complete, utter BS. I'm proud.

I'm pretty sure I saw a Plato quote somewhere that said exactly that...
