Yeah, Rangers aren't really one of those professions that are worth buying. Probably the ONLY profession not worth buying. They don't do anything useful.

Resist elements does not qualify as useful.

Skinning is one of those nifty things, as are the spells you can get. If you're rich, I'd get one. Needed? Of course not.

Besides kick ass. Meh, not so much.

Rogues kick somewhat equal amounts of ass and have guild skills available to them. And they can pick boxes. And they can pick pockets (<3).

All this without spells.


Also, Tayre could probably skin better than just about any ranger. Period. And empaths are way more useful as a utility char.

Prolly. Except 604 with 100 ranger spells would pretty much trump any skin you brought in.

Til then, we cannot compare. Without proof, I believe my point stands. I'm not saying Empaths skin horrid, I'm simply stating with proper training I believe Rangers have the best skinning ability.
