BLEH! So I’m supposed to be doing this Field calibrating and whatnot and can't seem to manage a rep and I've followed the steps to the best of my knowledge. Anyone who's gone through this care to lend some insight on what I’m missing?
Disarm trap
Get caliper
lm measure my box
(look at what the reading says) (you'll become more accurate with more experience/reps)
put caliper in container
pick lock with appropriate level pick
get caliper
lm calibrate calipers
I found if I just did calibrate reps on boxes I knew would be challenging I usually got the reps.
Thats how I did it, or how I remember doing it.

Edit to say I know nadda apparently, this task was quite the nuisance.

If you still need help on this, the point is to calibrate if the measurement is within 1 "range" of the actual lock. For example
520-555 Somewhat Difficult
560-595 Moderately Difficult
600-635 Very Well-Crafted
If your caliper measurement reads as moderately difficult, to get a rep, the lock must be somewhat difficult (-1) to very well-crafted (+1). It is easier on small locks, as there is a less of a chance for the measurement to be off.

Enjoy calipers while you can, wedging is a bitch
And from what I hear, the 10 or so ranks of components takes several months
Wedging sucks, and I'm really dreading components.

Trust me, components is worse than wedge any day. I've been looking to pull fire/cloud vials for 3 days now
