An excellent website for players and staff

I came across this link while reading another forum. It's an old implementor (admin)'s treatise on how changing a game can hurt or help your game, and the types of reactions you can expect, and from whom, and why.

I think it fits great with the Gemstone situation, and maybe if any of the GS staffers are reading this, they might want to show it to David Whatley & Co.

It is extremely well-written, logical, sensible, and from someone with background as both a player and a staffer on two different games.

Ugh..why was this moved to GS Websites? It isn't a GS website, and as far as I know, the writer of the link has never even played GS.

It isn't a Gemstone-related site. If anything, I'd put it in off-topic, but I thought it was more appropriate in "General Gemstone" because it is a site that discusses issues that ALSO affect GS.

There is a person they should try and hire. Melissa sorely needs replaced with someone that knows what they are actually doing. But when you let the boss take suggestive pictures of you and post them on his website. Then you got more then a working relationship. You got job security.....LMAO

If nobody knows what I am talking about. Someone wrote Melissa about a perverse website and Scint was the maker. But was actually David Whatley's personal website. Hell, now thats funny. Scint got blamed for making Whatley's website. How do I know this? Whatley proved to some of the staff here who he was by changing stuff on his website. I posted the link in the MOD folder and made some nonPC comment about the Pics. Then someone showed their friend the link and the friend sent an email to Melissa saying Scint was at it again. You can make up your own minds.

But this person would be a asset to any MUD IMO. They been down both roads.

What is amazing is people thought Scint made Whatley's website. Enoughly so they wrote Melissa trying to get Scint in even more trouble, even if it was a lie. But hey Warrior.
