This'll probably be a longshot, but does anyone know of any really good IRC channels for movies?
The one I was previously using, TMD, has either disappeared or changed servers, and I can't find out which server they moved to. They used to be on rizon and criten, but I can't find their new server, and their website has exceeded its bandwidth. The ones I've tried since have had server splits damn near twice an hour, which makes the queues and the channel pretty much worthless.
I'm not a big fan of the BitTorrent flicks, since the quality of those are a crapshoot, and BitTorrent tends to hog my entire bandwidth pipe for generally crappy download speeds.
So, I'm looking for a new IRC channel using fserve that's reliable. Anybody know of any? Or does nobody use IRC for this sort of stuff anymore?
