Dude.
My comp was royally fucked (see thread).
All the helpful suggestions from people in there didn't work, because it was even more royally fucked than I had originally thought. So he came up with the solution for me to buy this hard-drive shell thingie or something. I used it to get the files I really uber needed and then reformatted POOF.
Comp r werk now.
 Drew

Wait...
Drew is smart for telling you to reformat? I think everyone except you knows that a disk reformat fixes every operating system problem ever.

No, she is thanking him for taking the time to help her do what was needed to get her computer up and running again.
The method used I don't think are near as important as the fact as he took the time to help as he could.

Bob, he helped me buy the piece of hardware I needed to get my files, as Skirmisher said. I never knew such a piece of hardware existed or that it could be used to retrieve things. It was definitely easy to use once I had it, but had I not known about it.... don't worry, though. He called me retarded plenty of times for some of the questions I asked, enough for me to wonder aloud if he was channeling YOU.

I think he defends ME because it's from that time when Bob was coming of age, and started feeling funny, like when you climb the rope in gym class.
