What the fuck??

I go to do my lawn yesterday.. and find that my gas powered trimmer is missing. I'm like WHAT THE FUCK? I call the wife to make sure she didn't loan it to anyone.

Looks like some little fuck came into my garage (which is normally closed mind you) within the past two weeks and helped himself to not only my gas trimmer (Retail value maybe $150) but also a 1 gallon gas can (retail value $3 with gas).

WHAT THE FUCK??

I have powertools and other things in my garage that are much easier to cart off and worth much more.. so why the damn trimmer?

Today after work, I will be stopping by the local Radio Shack and installing motion detectors in my garage. God help the fuck that is caught in my garage when I am home. I'm considering posting the following notice as well:

NOTICE - By trespassing on this property, you agree not to hold the owner liable for multiple gunshot wounds that will no doubt occur if he catches you stealing his shit.

I don't need anything that spectacular for security... I simply want the stealing to end. 2 simple motion detectors that will sound off when there is an intruder is sufficient to scare them off I hope.

And I don't think I would actually shoot the individual who is stealing from me.. but I certainly will chase him down and hold him for the police to deal with.

12 guage loaded with rock salt shells. Works wonders and wont maim or kill... but boy it sure does sting and it lasts for quite a while.

In this day and age it's simply easier to detain and call the authorities. Last thing I want to do is shoot a drugged out, down on his luck teen in the eye with a piece of rock salt.. to have him somehow later own my home.

Doesn't mean I won't beat the fuck out of him though.. in a non-bruising kind of way.

I strongly suggest for you to not set any traps for trespassers though because it's illegal. Even though they're in your property, have proof of climbing god knows what to get into the premises, and is caught.. If they get hurt from any devices that was mean't to trap them and cause physical injury.. You will end up paying for their injuries and even jail time.
