Hes not the most over rated but hes up there, hes also not a bad qb but people have him so high on a pedastal that when hes not magnificent everyone flips out. it takes 3-5 years for a qb to fully acclimate into a west coast system and his recievers have just started to adjust. dont forget he brought the falcons to the nfc championship game last year pretty much on his back.

Tom Brady is by far the most overrated NFL player ever. Tim Brown would be the most underrated ever. Before all shit flies over this, this is of course just my opinion. I do however appreciate Michael Vick and firmly believe that will in fact become more accurate making him arguably the best quarterback in the NFL.:D

I'll admit I'm about 3 months behind on my ESPN, but when I left, I can't remember a single positive thing said about Michael Vick besides "fun to watch". Conversely, the ESPN crew had to schedule 3 months in advance to get in line to give Tom Brady a handjob. It's possible people have jumped back on the Vick bandwagon since I left, though one would hope they'd learned their lesson the first time.

Brady is certainly a better quarterback than Vick, don't get me wrong. The unbelievable hype he receives is what makes him substantially more overrated.

Brady won two of the Super Bowls without a top-flight runningback. Unless you consider Antowain Smith top-flight.

Their defense, while good, doesn't come close to the '85 Bears, 2000 Ravens, etc, who could've won a Super Bowl with Klaive at QB. The Eagles scored 21 points vs. the Pats, and McNabb played horrible.

In the '04 Super Bowl, Brady and the offense put up 32 points vs. an awesome Panthers defense. Patriots defense gave up 29 points to an average Panthers offense.

To say he's overrated is just mind-boggling.
