I agree with the last two, Terminator II and My Girl.
I'll add Stand By Me, just because it's sad in that it reminds you of being a kid doing the stuff they were, hanging out with your childhood friends.

Crash.

The Notebook made me sob for 45 minutes.
City of Angels just made me hate for days. Hate hate hate that movie.
Titanic made me cry the first time, now I just wince at the sound of his frozen fingers being pried off the wood.
Armageddon made me cry in the theatre cause I missed my dad so much at the time.
Um.. Bambi.
Shit, I'm not watching movies tonight. I'd probably cry at a freaking McDonald's commercial.

Yes, I am emo. I get choked up watching that McDonald's commercial where the old guy asks to sit with the old lady after he gets his meal, and with some of those old Kodak commercials, and every year that Coca Cola does a "I'd like to teach the world to sing" reunion commercial.
I am a total sap.

Holy shit, Red Dawn. Forgot ALL about that one.
What Dreams May Come is excellent too but I didn't cry so much.
Also, I started to list ET but I only cried once and that was it. I didn't consider it much of a tear jerker after that. So I just listed ones that make me cry every time I watch it.

Fahrenheit 9/11, when the clips of 9/11 come on.
Terminators II and 3, a little bit.

When I was a little girl Dumbo made me angry because he could fly and I couldnt. So I giggled right along when all the other animals made fun of him. Of course back then I was still trying to persuade my little brother that his stuffed animals came alive at night and drooled over his sleeping body so that he would give me all his halloween candy and I would make them be nice and not eat him. Its all irrelevant.
BUT OMG YOU CRIED FOR DUMBO.

The Willy Wonka remake with Johnny Depp made me cry because it was SO UNBELIEVABLY AWFUL. I'm surprised they didn't just throw Roald Dahl's corpse on the screen and piss directly on it.

>>I don't get how Eternal Sunshine had a depressing ending.<<
SPOILER
It depends on how you interpret the ending. You see Joel and Clementine running along the beach in Montauk over and over, each time the exact same way. Basically, they eventually end up hating eachother, erasing eachother, and somehow falling back in love again, over and over. That's what I got out of it when I first saw it, and I know a few other people that did the same. I guess you could say that maybe it's sweet in some way, but I find it depressing.
Interestingly enough:
From the IMDb trivia page:
The original script featured a cut beginning and ending sequence that took place in the future. In the end, an older Clementine comes in to have the procedure done and a look at her screen shows that she's had the procedure done multiple times and all of them involved Joel.
Like I said, it's all interpretation, and I just happen to find that scenario somewhat depressing.
