Stat reallocation

I have a sorcerer who I made when I was first getting started with GS recently I decided to play him a bit again now that I'm bored with other professions. I took one look at his stats and was disgusted. So I went to the inn where I thought you could fix stats but the option was gone. Is this character forever fucked?

How so? I was able to ask GS4 Feedback for my stat reallocations back because I didn't know they would go away, and I still had two left. I told them that I was dissatisfied with Renian's stats and thought I could change them later, and really did not want to reroll.

They gave me my two remaining reallocations for 48 hours. Woot.
