White Ora Weapons

Alright, so I recently bought a white ora flamberge from Boadus' shop in Landing. Apparently it's supposed to be sancted, plasma flares, and zested....except, I can't find the zests?! Do I need to do something special with this flamberge to get the zests, or do they happen automatically or what? (I'm gonna feel jipped if the zests don't work!)

Yes, there's a small show...and no, I haven't a clue if it's locked or unlocked. The sign in the shop that I brought it at said it's sancted, plasma flares, and has zests...

type kiss flamberge, if you do a neat little script, then it's unlocked, if not, then it's locked. The verbs are pretty easy to figure out if it's unlocked. And it randomly does shit when unsheathed...

Ahhh, so all the zests are only available when it's unlocked?

There're lazy scripts on the locked ones. And a host of others on the unlocked ones. Iasha can unlock your flamberge. He's known to be on the WaveDancer.

Also if I find an unlocked flamberge, I will let you know. I think I have an unlocked bastard sword somewhere. And a katar or two.

Well, at least I know I can get it unlocked when I get on the WD in Feb. (assuming I can find Iasha). Just kinda sucky I brought it assuming it was unlocked already....ah well. How much does Iasha usually charge to unlock his weapons?

LOL I'm sure they are...but seeing as the character I brought the flamberge for isn't even thinking of going near polearms, a black ora pike wouldn't do me any good. ;)

Hey hak will you trade me an unlocked katar for a unlocked fal by chance? I didn't knw bout the kiss verb but raise is fun with the cleric, forcing everyone to feel imposed upon. btw it is a cleric or paladin you're tryin to use the scripts with right?

Unless something's changed with him, yeah...he's a paladin (and converted, in case that matters).

I'm new to locked/unlocked white ora weapons too. Is this one unlocked then? Besides the extra scripts, what's the main difference between a locked and unlocked white ora weapon?

Yours is unlocked. Many more scripts is the difference.
