Seems there's a problem with one of the power cables coming into the building. Only receiving basically half the power we need (so lights and phones still work). But our servers, network, and thus internet are down.

Half of the office using their wireless laptops to use the company next door's open connection = Priceless

We had a week-long power outage at work about a year ago. Servers, network, etc ran for about 4 days before the generator ran out. It was the greatest week of my life as we all just got a week of paid time off essentially.

We had a nifty power outage once, and as were all on the phones pissing the users off telling them only our phones work so we cant really help them the backup went out and hung up on everyone. Ode to the great times.
