It really is scary! The article says that the authorities believe it to be an accident. However, in these times, one always wonders...

I think it really could have been an accident this time but then again they blamed the London bombings on electrical faults at first.
Millions of gallons of oil set ablaze. Some 30 injuries, not all serious. Moderate damage to houses in the surrounding area.
