You trace a sign while petitioning the spirits to bestow their aid with the Major Sanctuary spell...
Your spell is ready.
You gesture.
A brilliant light bathes you as your surroundings blur for a moment...

[Sanctuary]
You notice a single wood arrow shaft and a single wood arrow shaft.

Obvious exits: out
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

>l shaf
You see a single wood arrow shaft, made from wood, probably intended to be used with a bow. The arrow shaft has been pared down, smoothed, and cut with nocks.
>blink
You blink.
>search
You don't find anything of interest here.
Roundtime: 4 sec.
>

Hmph. Geddout, you rotten archers.

So THAT'S where arrows go when they zip out of sight, never to be seen again!

You can now stalk people into sancts. Odd that an arrow shaft was pulled up with you, unless the person stalking you dropped it as soon as you cast.

It happened to me, and I wasn't being stalked.. just logged in, cast my sanct and there were arrows on the ground in there. Weird.

I'd guess that the spell sends you to a room of which there are many copies. You got sent to a previously occupied one, evidently before the janitor could finish cleaning it.

Sancts are like houses, they dont exist until you use them. When you walk through the door of a house it gets created.

Used to be able to cast major sanct in a house and wait a minute then exit it and end up in someone elses house.

Reason being because when you left your house it dissappeared and the sanct dropped you into an occupied house because its there. We caught some chick cheating on her husband like this once, was pretty funny :)

Pretty sure they fixed it though.
