Quake becomes EPS

Well, after a brief debate between myself and a few others, and the usuals who want to alter the already broken justice system, casting quake in town will soon garner an automatic warrant.

As posted under the Town System folder in the officials:

Well that will stop a lot of people from dueling in the park now. And snerts like Klaive who cast it 20 times in a row.

Hopefully, they'll macro cast it twenty times before they realize the rules have changed.
