Some questions about premium points

I read about the system, and it seems interesting. Just had a couple questions:

1. Is there still a continuity requirement to get points?

2. How far back do you get point credit? I probably have a few years of non continuous premium months starting from when gs went to the web.

3. A couple of posts on the officials said that the points are non-transferable. How are people buying and selling points on here?

4. Oh yeah, is armor padded under the points system transferable/usable by others?

Not sure how Simu is handling the continuity on Premium service, last I heard you can pay for the missing months to get credit through the initial sign up.

They sell the points take the item the buyer wants worked on get the work done then return it, so yea if you get armor padded you can sell it off to anyone to be used.

1. There's no continuity requirement for now. You get credit for whatever months you were premium.

2. It goes back to the start of premium.

3. You handle it the same way people used to do alter scrolls, hand the item over to the person with the scroll/points and they have the work done.

4. Padded stuff can be transferred, as can items receiving most of the rest of the available services - enhancives may still be an exception to this, though.

Thanks for the answers, just a follow on-let's say you pass an item to another person to be padded. Other than assessing, is there any way to verify they get the amount you asked for i.e. they didn't cheap you out and bought a lower level of padding?

A bard can tell you that padding is present, but they can't determine the level - you'll still need someone that can assess for that.
