I don't know about most hilarious, but it was pretty good.

Yeah, better than the shitty one they have running over here. I've seen much worse as well.

Reminds me of that episode of Spaced where it proves every guy, ever, has the natural instinct to shoot imaginary weapons.

I'm pretty sure thats where they stole it from, actually.

It should be illegal to take that OFF the air.

I would smile if that was aired.

You insenstive bastards! My cousin's nephew's best friend's uncle's niece's best friend's aunt's cousin died in a tragic finger gun accident!

That said... it was kinda funny.

Pretending to shoot and wield weapons, public . . that sort of thing Aaysia.

Why not just air it in the sex & violence times of the late night and early morn'? Bah...

Thats probably the best commercial I've ever seen. A lot better than the jump rope commercial... Thats like Super Bowl commercial quality.

Heh it got a laugh out of me.

Brilliance, loved the water balloon ad as well

I suck at halo and even that would almost make me want to play again. The ironic thing to me is, imagine if adults could just let go like that and have that much fun in public?

Great ad.

soooo...

Ok yea I still don't get the big deal.

We have movies of actual gunplay. And don't they show some FPS games with the characters weilding guns too?

Still a cute ad.

I just think it's the reality of the whole scene. It's people in an everyday situation suddenly pulling guns and grenades out in a public place and proceeding to waste eachother.
I know it's not real and the weapons are merely imaginary but in this day and age all you have to do is flinch and run in a public station and you're shot 7 time in the head and once in the shoulder.
Maybe an overstatement. But that's why I think it's not allowed.

Oh come on, it's an obvious exaggeration in the commerical to the degree that everyone is mock shooting each other.

Even a kid would know that it was a joke.

Nevermind that young boys will play "war games" with each other where they'll argue over who shot who first and who hit or missed.

.

I think McDonalds should use it for a commercial instead of their crappy ones that makes me shudder in dismay with the "oh McDonalds is so much fun for young adults" and that annoying "bah dah bah" jingle.

Atlanteax, the advert is just an unappropriate suggestion.
Wether it encourages people to fake killing eachother in RL or not, it's just bad taste.
Jump infront of a stranger, or better yet a cop and assume a marshal stance while pointing your hands at him as though you're holding a gun. He'll either laugh at you or blow you away.

Anyhow I think the advert is great.
I just see how it's not really good for TV.

(the above just my opinion)

I couldn't get it to play (work network sucking today) so I just watched still frames of it..

But I can see the lawyers saying, "Yeah I love it! But if you don't wanna get sued by 346464609468 people saying "YOU MADE MY KID THINK IT WAS OK TO TAKE HIS BB GUN TO THE PARK AND HE SHOT 84094 PEOPLE!!!!11" then you'll not show it.

That, I think, was the point.

Also, Old Navy commercials are far worse than McDonalds commercials.

Even a kid would know that it was a joke.

And a lawyer would know it was equivalent to a blank check in their name.

I thought it was hilarious. Maybe don't show it on TV, but in theaters as a preview? Would that work to keep the sue-happy people off Microsoft's ass?

Also, I thought it was hilarious.

They need to bring back the commercials with Molly Simms as the spokesperson.

Whatever happened to her in that role anyways? She was part of some promotions (and prizes) packages, and then they switched to that old lady, and now it's the cheezy ones.

Old Navy commercials have ALWAYS sucked, so I know not to what you refer.

I liked the Old Navy Swing commercials and the one where they had a jazz version of Sleigh Ride going in the background.

Regardless, is Microsoft really worried about getting sued? Microsoft?

I know GAP had swing commercials.. i don't recall Old Navy doing it.

Latrinsorm

They're all fronts for the Five Jew Bankers, Czeska. Gah.

Also, yeah, it probably was Gap. Old Navy had those stupid purposefully cheesy ones.
