Ever been drunk and played?

Okay , has anyone ever had one too many and played GS?
I made a promise never to do so but lately I have once or twice . . . and woke up in the morning (or afternoon :saint: ) thinking 'Oh my god , please dont let me have done anything stupid!'
If you've done anything dumb too while under the influence , please . . Do tell. :tumble:

Ive been under the influence of various substances and played, and don't recall doing anything stupid. Have a little control.

Hamur is currently on the broke side of life due to my coming into the lands while drunk and casting spike or swinging at annoying people. It seems that while I am impaired, I take the simple route rather than a verbal one to deal with people who tick me off.

While sitting here sober it is easy to tell myself I should stay the hell out when I am wasted, but somehow when I stumble in from the bar at 2:00am visiting the lands seems like a brilliant idea.

I have been considering trying to find some sort of breath tester that would disable my computer when I blow over. Would save me a fortune in fines.

I've played once or twice while having a few tequilas. YUM. It does make the game a little more enjoyable, especially if you're bored.

My char imploded in Helgas. No one was in there but me and I guess Helga. I wanted to see if I would still go to jail if no one was in there... It seems somehow some idiot woman lets her "children" hang out in the tavern since she grabbed her child and called the constable. Kind of odd. Anyway my experiment proves yes you will go to jail even if no one is hurt when you cast implode. hehe...

I just got uber affectionate the times I played while nicely buzzed. Course I don't hunt all that much anyway, but it seems with alcohol added I just kept trying to kiss everyone and stuff.

I was drinking and playing the other night, that's how I got into that huge Cul De Sac vs Graveyard Crypt duel. :p Normally though, I don't play drunk, I know better!

When I get drunk, I play the bass better, and if I play SSX or NBA Street, lights out baby. I'm amazing at SSX, but if I'm drunk, it's unreal.

Am I the only person that remembers *everything* that happens when they are drunk? I've never had any type of appeal to want to sit and play a game while I was drunk. I'm waaaaaay to talkative for that. *blah blah blah you should drink some more too blah blah blah you know these walls go all the way up to the ceiling? blah blah blah*

My judgement is fine when I'm drunk, as long as it isn't completely throwing-up-my-intestines, falling down silly ass drunk. I just have a little trouble with the keyboard staying in one place.

Yeah I went out one night with a bunch of my friends while I was in Graduate school. Came back and decided hey... GS sounds like a good idea. Well it turns out while in my drunken stupor, I got Izalude engaged to an acquaintence, and ended up totally screwing over someone I was really close to.

So yeah... since then GS+Booze=Never again.

However, I have played GS totally ripped on X after coming home from a club. Now THAT was fun.

I like to have beers when I play. Its a lot of fun. You get a group in Helga's typing a mile a minute and its hilarious.

I'll play all day without drinking, mainly hunting and selling, with a little bit of RP here and there if I stumble accross it... but as soon as the sun goes down, and I crack a few, the hunting stops and its all about socializing.

Now, I've said all that before. Some people here and my real life friends criticize me for what seems like getting drunk alone. True, its just me at the computer, but then there is the internet. RP games, these boards, AIM, etc.

Of course I can rationalize it anyway I want, but I do not feel all alone at the computer. And if there is any chance to go out with friends, the computer takes a back seat.

Yeah going OUT and drinking is even more fun especially at clubs who will have male strippers on a certain night. I went and did that a few weeks ago.. a night out with the girls. We had fun and I got toasted. I love "'bend me overs'" Yummmy yum. By the way thats a drink we have here. AHEM. I guess it can be compared to "sex on the beach" another drink. :)

Male strippers + bendme overs + crazy girls = extreme insanity.

Ive been to a few titty bars with my husb. and the guys get jipped. Half the girls look smoked out. Some are really pretty though but not many. I let him go whenever he wants with the fellas. You know I have noticed that girls can get away with alot more with male strippers than guys can get away with female strippers.

well... here's what I do... I don't save my password... I figure if I'm too drunk to recall my password then i'm too drunk to play gemstone... the only problem with playing gemstone drunk is i'll start telling people what I REALLY think about them, or maybe some spell less hunting or something. So to save face for meos, that's what I do to prevent disaster. But to date no major problems except incohernt babbling.

I've done way more damage drunk on these boards than anything I've done in the lands.

Maybe I get my head caved in and it costs a deed or something...

Pissing off SpunGirl... that was not cool.

I don't drink nearly as much as a used to though, which is a good thing I suppose. I'm more of a weekend warrior now.
