need help

so a while back, someone posted here, and did something to the spider graphics in the game to swap out the graphics for something from diablo. i'm not sure who/when it was posted, but i'm looking to do something like that. so if anyone knows what the post was called, or can find it, i tried searching in the other games forum for spider and diablo to no luck, i could use your help

basically trying to swap graphics from files on the test server, to files for the game, so i can have some updated graphics. any help finding the thread, or anyone who knows how they can do this, would rock
