As the title says, I'm trying to be cheap while looking for some sort of shirt/blouse/etc made of silk. Doesn't particularly *need* to hold anything, but would be nice. Needs to be pin-worn if possible. Should be multi-hued or something with a bit of gold in it.
(Note: For me, cheap is under 50k...)
