Just had a 1 pound (after cooked weight) cheeseburger, on a huge bun with fries and root beer and I'm still up for desert but we had to head back to work. A nap would be good.

Fear me.

I hope your work includes you doing some type of exercise.

You know, that annoys me. I even look at a burger and I gain 5 pounds.

Maybe it comes from being so darned short.

The best part about being a guy is we can eat anything.

During my senior year, Fuddrucker's (burger restaurant, really good stuff) had a year round '2 pound challenge'. You had two one pound hamburgers (toppings optional) on two HUGE ass buns, had to finish within 30 minutes.

7 of us took it on one Friday, all of us finished in time, and then we went for pizza.

You should see what I eat for lunch everyday. Hearing it will make your arteries clog.

2 burgers in 30 minutes?? HA!

I can eat you under the table. And I'm not fat like Darien.

Two, one pound burgers plus big buns fills ya up quick. I remember that challenge they had a Fudruckers close to base. They took down the challenge a week later because they didn't realize how much we could eat

Burger shmurger. I usually don't eat breakfast (bad, I know) so when lunch comes around, I could eat my 2 burger's, your 2 burgers, your mama's 2 burgers, and still have room for dessert.

It's not 2 'burgers'... it's 2 monster 1 pound burgers.

2 Monster burgers = 8 Quarter pounders from McDonalds.

We have something similar over here in a city called Newcastle; basically its meant to be the "Worlds hottest curry", which we know is shit as we can make our own evil buggers in the house. Anyway, the deal is its free if you can eat it all. However, heat aside, the thing is MASSIVE. They get you simply by the volume being too much to consume. Bastards.

Ever try eating one of those 80oz steaks that if you eat the whole thing, you get it for free? I think they have them all over the place and it's not just a local thing.....

Um. You have no idea how huge these buns are. They're like a meal by themselves, I shit you not. Plus 2 years ago I was 6 feet tall...and 141 lbs. Not exactly well built.

Isn't that part of a John Candy movie?

I have no idea, but there a couple places around here that have it. You eat it, you get it for free. So many people fail and have to pay for it, which is why they do it....

Super Troopers rules.

As does Fuddruckers.

::cross indexes the recent obesity thread::

I suggest you not try eating the same diet once you age a bit and your metabolism slows down. Unless you're one of the truly lucky ones.

I had no idea being pregnant would increase my appetite so much. Especially being so sick in the beginning. Right after the 5th month mark, my eating did a 180.

I say PSHAW to your 16 oz steaks and two one pound burgers! You better have dessert!

Depends on what you get. The one I tried was $85 if you didn't finish it in an hour.
