The last two times I've tried to travel from Solhaven to RR I've been kicked off the cutter at the beach.

Someone mentioned something about bribing the Navy...would anyone enlighten me on this please?

It's completely random. Looks like you got a lot of bad luck!

Thanks Ponzzz...

That is bad luck...how often does it happen? Once in 10 or so...going to RR might be as bad as going to Teras now.

No navy comes after you going to Teras.

Teras is easy. At least you know when the boat comes and goes, and you just have to be there. Hell, you can even long off in the waiting area and wake up on Teras. RR is a just a pain.
