Ok, someone please please help me understand this.

Chalabi, a rich secular Iraqi, who gave us unreliable evidence about WMDs and is coincidentally now a Prime Minister in the new Iraqi government, who had his offices raided after giving Iran sensitive US information is being welcomed back here for a meeting with Condi Rice and is, in fact, giving a speech on democracy at one of the most conservative think-tanks in DC.
