I've been trying to purchase those stunning necklaces since the damned festival opened and I can't seem to.
I've tried several professions just in case that was it and nothing!
[Arcana Adornments, Workshop]
Tacked to the rear wall are an assortment of small metal locks categorized by color and shape. Shattered glass display cases line a long oak counter, which is covered in a thick blanket of cobwebs. Watching the room intently, a stone gargoyle statue sits perched on a high shelf. You also see a black oak barrel and a black web-covered box.
Obvious exits: west

In the web-covered box you see a spider-shaped black moonstone choker, a bat-shaped black opal choker, a serpent clasped silver choker, an onyx spider charm choker, a metallic black pearl choker, a black moonstone necklace, a tear-shaped black diamond necklace, a black deathstone necklace, a solitaire black pearl necklace, a gold coiling snake necklace, a sparkling black diamond necklace, a scorched silver link chain, a tarnished mithril chain and a velvet black dreamstone choker.
