This was supposed to have a rollover state, but I suck at doing that, so help would be awesome!!

Rollover states are officially annoying and impossible to save.

It was a picture we were given to use the red eye tool. No idea where it came from.

I went a step further: the red eye tool takes out red where you click and replaces it with the color of a pupil, so why not take out the red of her lips?!?

If you look really close at her mouth, I also whitened her teeth a lot to contrast the lips.

thats not a child!! It is a drugged out umpa lumpa stoned on soom good hydro.. Trust me I live in alaska and they run freely here......

The red in my images is not red eye. I used a low opacity red paintbrush for that.
