When I read through some of the posts that are mainly cut & pastes from newspaper/internet articles it's overwhelming at times. The sheer volume of the post seems to be a bit much to handle and makes me skip the thread more times then not.

On a few of my other message boards, when someone has a story to tell or article to quote, they do the following:

(long ass lengthy post)

Cliffs:
Clinton got a BJ by Lewinski
He says it's not sexor
Possibly impeached
Republicans throwing blowjob party

Just a quick cliff-notes version to help people decide if they even want to read the article at all.

Not a sermon, just a thought.

Yep, the laziness has set in.

People change, PB.

You, however, will always be old.

Well, until you die.

Have a nice weekend.

And you actually expect this authority complex bunch of maniacs to give this consideration?

I just cut the article off after the first few paragraphs and link the source. If folks want to read it after that, they can follow the link.
