I have a shop in the Shining City for sale. It is located Northeast and East from the main entrance. It is a three room shop that is fully furnished and has been altered to be a pale marble rose-covered salon.

I believe if you partner the person you're selling to, then transfer ownership, that you can keep the alterations. Can anyone confirm?

Well any name changes definitely do not transfer. Someone was posting pretty bitterly about the fact that they transferred ownership to a partner and lost a custom name.

E and S furs lost all alters when transferred the deed.

I was told that the did by a GM no less. Anyways. Still fully furnished and has to go. One million by Saturday.

I don't know. It was there when I took the deed and gave it to someone else.
