For the first time ever, FREE to all Elanthia!

Every year, people all across Elanthia celebrate the Eve of the Reunion to honor the spirits of the dead. Around that time each year, there is a fantastic celebration known as the Ebon Gate Festival. The Ebon Gate Festival honors the power of the Arkati Lorminstra. Whenever someone dies, Lorminstra chooses whether that soul will return to life or pass on into the realm of death forever.

For a short time each year, Lorminstra permits the dead and the living to reunite upon the grounds of the Ebon Gate Festival. Joy and tears, laughter and terror, games and contests, silver and merchandise are all to be found in that place, and you can be part of it this year -- for free!

The festival will be open from Eoantos 4th to Eoantos 11th. Portals will be present in every major city, allowing adventurers near and far to attend this remarkable gathering.

There was a bit of trouble for website-client users, but it's up and we haven't had any problems since that I'm aware.

I highly recommend using an IRC client such as Trillian or mIRC, as it would make things much more stable for you if such problems do crop up in the future.
