Someone told me that like crit weighting or damage weighting ranged weapons that have "weighting" are called "sighted" weapons..like the sights are adjusted on it....any of this true? is there a ranged weapon that fires arrows with crit/dmg weighting?

It's crit weighting. Theres two levels of crit weighting or sighting possible. The bow that shoots crit/damage weighted arrows is one of the newer style ebows that fires random arrows.

If there is weighting on a bow, then it is sighted and only helps with the accuracy when aiming.
Any kind of damage or crit weighting would have to be on the bolt/arrow because that is what strikes the enemy.
Like Stray said, there's only one kind of ebow that has damage weighting when fired.
