Ok, broke up with the GF and I need help.

Basically. I had to rebuild her PC to work, did that part, but I couldn't put WIn XP on it. So I havta transfer everything from this computer to a Win98 computer. Doing that now, but here's the questions...

First - Right now I'm a user on WinXP and she's considered the Owner, because she set my name up and I didn't and she's a bitch that way. Is there a way I can just say I'm the owner now and delete her user instead of transfering everything to her user, and deleting mine.

Second - When she set up her PC with Win98 she put user name down. So it ALWAYS says Mar n Sara. Obviously we need that to go. How do I make it go back to just default? When i click on user, it acts like there is none... Acting like Mar N Sara IS the default...

That is all.

Fuk that bitch and her computer.. either A)Stick it in her butt and leave or B) leave and not fix shit.

Unless she has a kid by you then I suggest option A.

Grow some nadz.

Try going to the Control Panel, User Accounts and changing the Owner account name. That should work, since the Owner account is set up at installation, in lieu of an Administrator account. I'm no techie, but it's worth a try.

I'll try

But the main problem is problem numero dos! Cuz I can fix mine, hers has trouble...

As her bump you to admin then you can transfer whatever you want.

Let me think on the Win98 problem I haven't touched that OS since like 1987.

Haha... Ok So even if she's the owner, i can DELETE her user name and not fuck anything up?

And now I have a 3rd question.

She's out of disk space half way through this zip. It was a 2 hour file to send. WTF do I do. Can I dlete files IN the zip? Or do I gotta start over? Forgot how tiny that HD was.

USB drives are Godsends for transferring large amounts of information. You seriously don't have to know anything about computers past knowing how to click an icon. Just plug it in, it installs itself, copy everything on, plug it into the other computer, BOOM headshot done. I think I got mine up to about 3 GB / hour oneway.

I don't know about those other problems, but USB drives FTW.

Yea I have a 1 GB flash drive that Win98 needs drivers to understand wtf it is. it won't work, googled it, and it said, NO GO FOR Win98 BITCH, and then i got pop ups like 5/sec and two worms and it deleted my cursor and made fun of my glasses. I tried to stop it, but it locked my doors and turned on my TV, to happy porn and started to skin the cats!

Ok, I'm fucked! But I still need help with just getting thwe LOG On off her PC
