View Full Version : Lost Shops...

So I realized about last week that I owned a shop with one of my minor characters, which I bought a few months before going abroad.

I obviously haven't been in game to keep the shop open, so when I finally checked this past week, it became evident to me that the shop was gone. Apparently someone else bought the deed?

Now, my question is - where does my inventory and balance from the shop go? Does the new owner get it? Is it auctioned off? IT doesn't seem to be in my locker.

Check the warehouse in the town in question. It should have a crate with the character's name on it. Inside should be the inventory as well as a note with any coin from the shop balance.

There's a warehouse in these cities now?

Shit, you leave for a year and a few months, and the lands become a crazy industrial zone.

Heh,
The warehouse where you buy the shop permit/furnishings/etc... Find the room with the shop authority in it.

P.S. If you're in the landing at the moment, I can show you where that is, if you're not already aware.

Yeah sucks because you lose the deed. :( A commodity in itself.

Yea, basically the info that we all have is wrong. Not only do you need enough silvers in your shop's account, you also need to DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW or SHUFFLE ITEMS AROUND. There is a discussion on the official forums.

I feel that anyone that lost a shop to poor communication should be given back the shop and that site will have more shops than its suppose to(i.e. 5 shops per room, so this one will have 6).

If when you got your stuff, you had silvers, I would fight for it back, unless it was Logoth or Vaalor.

I thought as long as you had the rent money and visited your shop once every six months, it would stay yours even if you didn't touch a thing in it?

That is not the case, someone lost a shop under the 6 month time frame.

Which is bullshit because the last time I put my accounts on hold I assisted and got the answer that the shop would be safe for the 6 month time period if the funds were good.

they said it may be a bug, but it's been over a month and they promised an official response.
