Polto's Choice...

Anyone know of this merchant named Polto, or what he specializes in?

Ran by Khal, does a bit of everything from what I understand, mostly alterations (because he's run by Khal most likely). Also employs an array of choosing methods (see above).

Polto normally does just about anything, so he's considered a general merchant. However, in this particular instance, if you win an alteration, HE chooses what to do with it, not you. Hence, why it's called Polto's choice hehe.

I don't think he's run by Khal though, unless he didn't know why he did a no call no show once...

I don't believe he's either of the GMs listed. Dunno though. I seem to remember Khal saying something about him being a DEV GM.

Yea I just went onto the Four Winds area on the official BBS and Khal and Eme but said they would pass the message to him. My guess is Hadlir or one of the lesser known newer GMs...

Polto pretty much sticks to the basics. Alterations, Features (sometimes), lightening/Deepening.
