So I won a double first class room on the Wavedancer, but I don't recall what that gets me... are they doing it again like last time? 10 merchants?

Stateroom is the 10 merchants. First class gets you all the shopping and merchants (not the ones that came to your room).

Since I got so many alteratios during the last WD with no special ticket, I'll be happy to go delux.
If I spent anymore than that on a text adventure game, I'd have to sit 24/7 at the screen to justify the cost.
