Stros really werent in good form pitching wise. Roger looked very inefffective - and was limping into the training room area. :(

Hopefully the next game will yield better results from the Astros.

Edited to add:

Good God Jenks can lay down some heat.

...I hate Podsednik.

At least Oswalt's on the mound for Game 3.

Exciting game if you like the ChiSox.

It was an exciting game, even for a stros fan. I feel sorry for Lidge since this is the second time in post season play someone has ganked a homer off of him to win the game (Puhols was the first).

It goes to show you how volitile the bats are for both teams. For now I'm giving the advantage to the sox. They seem to have a better handle on the stros pitching. AND WAY TO GO STROS FOR SITTING DOWN JENKS!!! I was afraid of a repeat of game 1 9th inning when he came lumbering out of the bullpen.

Alas, it was evident that while our pitching remained somewhat strong, our batting fell on its face as abruptly as the weather change. I'm sad that they lost, and got swept, but in a sense I'm greatful that its over this quick. Seeing my boys self destruct like that was painful indeed. :(

And to all those people who decided to keep their season ticket WS seats instead of selling them... that'll teach you. Someone walks up to me and offers $3000 a seat a game for my tickets will not only get my tickets, but I'll offer to chauffer them back and forth to the game.

Ugh. The damn White Sox parade made me 30 minutes late for my midterm this morning. Hate driving downtown. Glad that sucker is over and done with though. Since the Sox won the World Series they're forgiven. :saint:

I have never seen it snow as it did on the cloudless day in Chicago during the parade.

I assumed it was all the Enron files left over from defunct Arthur Anderson.
