Did anyone else catch this weeks South Park episode? Was pretty good shit.. as they were making fun of the media over Katrina.

"We don't have any reports on the fatalities yet but we believe the death toll is in the 100's of millions ... considering the population is only 8000 this could be quite devastating" or some shit like that.

Didn't Giulianli bluntly ask for some absurdly ridiculous figure of body bags shortly after 9-11?

Unless you're a member of a corporate charity embezzling scheme, common sense tells me a tad of downplaying in such instances would be way, way safer than the way it and other global fiascos are blown to apocalyptic proportion.

I saw it today, it was pretty funny but it hit you over the head a bit too hard. Nothing new for South Park though.
